Power Variation, what the???!!!

Hello, I am a new guy here. I have had 8 RX-7's two of which over 400whp.

Here is my problem.

I put together a TII for a buddy of mine. I built one almost identically 8 years ago and it had the same problem.

T04 hybrid 60 trim, 550cc primary 850 secondary. FMIC, fuel cut defens. obviously, 3" exhaust, 255 walbro, removed all emissions junk and all vacume lines solinoids, etc. stock ECU and ignition, with good plugs and wires.

The car runs solid and consistant on 12-13psi, but it feels like it is holding back. Then every now and then out of no where, you kick it in second and it will get completely sideways and feel like the whole world is coming to an end. That is the way it should feel all the time but I cannot fiqure it out.

I thought it might be due to the computer not seeing the car is warmed up due to me removing some sensors. Therefore it is staying in warm up "safe mode" Is this possible?

I also thought about the secondaries not firing correctly??? Or the fuel pump loosing voltage??

I cannot figure it out. Help if you can.

Thanks

Found the problem. I unhooked the coolant lines from the throttle body to keep it cool. THerefore the secondary throttle plates were staying closed thinking it was in start up mode. I bypassed the secondary plate controller. Holy shit this thing is fast.
