Power steering bracket studs

So, bought car a few years ago. Power steering never worked so I removed it when I swapped the motor. New motor had the two front power steering studs removed which are the matching ones that have 14 mm nuts on them.

I finally got a working power steering pump and cannot attach the bracket without these studs. Went to Mazda and they have no idea what the part number is and the mazdatech line says it's an unserviceable part.

Now, I have the old motor that has these studs on them, but I am not sure how to remove them without damaging them. Any advice on how to remove them? or....

Alternatively, I can go to home depot/lowes and buy some bolts that would hold the bracket on, but I have no idea how long or what size to get? Anyone?

TL;DR

Can't mount power steering bracket cause studs are missing. Mazda can't get me any. Wat do? inb4 junk it.

Two options:

1. Stud remover.
2. use two nuts to remove stud.

Heat studs slightly to help ease removal. Be careful if using a stud remover, they are made of plastic components and will melt with heat.
