Either the switch in the drivers door is bad or the motor in the passengers door is bad.

You'll need to check both, but I would start with the switch in the drivers door as chances are it is dirty or damaged.

I fixed that by replacing the power door lock motor on the passenger side.

Shoot some contact cleaner into the driver's side lock position switch.
I get it in the electrical Dept at Home Depot.
It's also good for TPS plungers, logicon sliders, stereo controls, etc.
