Post pics of your aftermarket steering wheel and what diameter

I've searched random sites online trying to find the right aftermarket steering wheel and mostly what I find are cheap chinese crap. I need ideas and pics. Also does anyone know the OEM diamater in MM? I didn't see it in the FAQs.

Momo 360mm

It's simple, looks good and functional. Still my fav wheel I've had. Also depending on driving position the OMP deep dish one is a good wheel too.

Here's my Momo Race 350mm.

That's an amazing interior shot. Did you use a lens filter? I love the wheel too!

MOMO Drifting- 350mm
I haven't installed yet because the car is in the shop but I am afraid the steering wheel is going to be to close to me. I have short legs so I sit on the dash to be able to push in the clutch so hopefully the wheel isn't on my chest. I did get the short hub so we'll see.

I almost got the suede which is much nicer but it just wouldn't work for a dd

Looks great. I like the deep dish idea. Did it take a while to get used to it being closer to you and the turn sig switch being farther away?

On a side note, I also like your pod gauges and JDM speedo. Your interior is uber-clean man!

That gold is badass. If you decide you don't like it let me know.

Pretty simple, have a girlfriend who likes to help out with the car but is terrible at turning a wrench. She's great with Armor All though.

Yence 08-29-10 11:27 PM

Momo prototipo 350mm. Didn't want to go smaller because of the manual steeringrack.

Thank you. Only thing is that a lot of parts are broken what make some things vibrate. To bad, hope i can find something new or intact to replace it in a while. And what you cannot see is the carpet. It is not tight anymore like yence's carpet is. ahwell.... The whole car has some things that need to be fixed

I got used about the wheel pretty soon. I can't even remember that it feld so different but that could be because it was one of the first changes i made and not driven alot with stock wheel.

The switch is a bit farhter away, but it doesn't make it harder to reach. Its just how u reach it.

Hope i can keep it a bit clean, atleast one more gauge is planned for the future, i need to make place for a boostcontroller and a handcontroller for the power FC. :)

220mm is sized for a toy car

Maybe 320mm at the smallest, def not 220.

OEM = schoolbus (I have the stock wheel, so not making fun of anyone except Mazda). You know it's bad when a German family car (my dd '96 Passat VR6), and my wife's '99 Saturn SL2 both have smaller diameter, fatter steering wheels.

Some good food for thought here...
