poor brake preformance

a while back i did the 5 lug/ 4pot brake swap. well i got reman. calipers all around new rotors and new pads all arround right off the bat. i also ended up replacing both front lines, the hard lines and the soft, due to a fluid leek. then a week later i had to replace my master cyl because my pettle kept sinking to the floor after i stoped. so the entire front brake system is new. and the only old parts that were used was a brake booster off of a GXL (the doner car).

now. my brakes always feel like the rear is stopping harder than the front and every time i slam the brakes on it seems to take longer to stop than it did before i did the swap. and also the rear tires will lock up but never the fronts. the front just gradualy stops and the rear will lock up.

i dont get it i even changed to the gxl proportioning valve. what could be causing this bad preformance? also my pedal goes down very far befor any type of stoping even begins to happen and like i said new pads and well blead brakes.
