pineapple racing's sleeves

Has anyone installed Pineapple's auxiliary port sleeves? Is there a very real, noticeable difference with them? One of my stock port sleeves is stuck, and since I'll have to take it apart to fix it, I'm thinking of putting in a pair of Pineapple sleeves.
Thanks in advance.

they no longer sell the sleeves but inserts into your sleeves. I bought them but also did a lot of other mods so can't really say that the sleeves made big impact (can't tell from new exhaust or manifold or engine etc)

I don't know. The flow is a lot better than stock, but I don't know that you could really tell a difference.

Would eliminating the sleeves altogether make a larger difference on a stock ported engine than PR sleeves? I don't care about actuated sleeves so it is a choice between wired open PR sleeves or removal of the sleeves and all the crap that goes along with it.

Any experience with this?

removing the sleeves completely is worse than having the stock ones in open position, it creates a lot of turbulence in the intake right at the point of entering the engine, Pineapple inserts are said to be worth 8whp, how true that is, i dont know, but the gain would be worth the 50$ definitely

I am rebuilding my engine and I am putting in the sleeves. If you are rebuilding your engine, they are worth it.
