Which pineapple EP template w/Knightsport RF320?

I'm planning to use pineapples large street port template on a S5 TII rebuild I'm doing and I'm not quite sure what exhaust template would be the best choice. I hear if you use too large of a template then you can expect lower torque on the low end. They have the REW template and the BP/PP template but they look quite large and the medium looks like it would be to small. Any advice fellas?

Large streetport will hurt your low rpm off boost response. It will feel sluggish but it pulls like crazy past the stock redline. It is a trade off.

The medium streetport will have you wishing you would have done more. The medium streetport will not show any signs of torque loss in the low rpms like the large. Less of a trade off.

The biggest difference between stock, medium SP, and large SP is your gas milage. Stock port T2 I got 23 mpg (s4). Medium SP dropped to about 20 (s4). My last T2 FC (s5) had a large streetport and the milage dropped to 15.

The BP/PP templets are race only unless you want to do something you will regret 6 months down the road. The first few month will be fun but then reality will set in and 10 mpg and no power, and I mean NO power below 3k rpms will have you hating driving your car in any other situation than at the limit.
