As far as i know Panspeed doesnt have a official website

igottafc 07-15-05 10:08 AM

i have a panspeed turbo that im wating to install on my car. Thats pretty much it. it sits in my living room and collects dust. Panspeed and FEED (Fujita Engineering) are both very well known rotary tuning companies in japan. I went to FEEDS tuning shop once and they are definitly not about playing games. their reputations both in japan are very high among rotary tuners. of course Re amemiya is among the top as well. -alex

very cool...as i suspected...now im assuming u got the turbo while in japan or where did u order a panspeed turbo from?

RX-Heven 07-15-05 12:30 PM

I have a Panspeed vented hood and front bumper.
They are both nice quality pieces.
I am selling the bumper here if your interersted

I'll take any reasonable offers.

I know someone with a panspeed hybrid turbo upgrade for sale. PM for details.

eyecandy 07-15-05 01:53 PM

I have had various FEED parts on both my FC and FD besides from the price I have no complaints in the quailty of there products.

SidewaysFC 07-15-05 02:07 PM

Dude, that bumper is WAY over priced. I can get it for $675 + shipping.

Ever been to Takakaira.com?

You can get it for $675 if you row your ass across the Pacific Ocean and carry it back with you.
You obviously have no idea what it costs to ship something the size of a coffin across the ocean.

TIA

My hood is not for sale.
Perhaps you can convince SidewaysFC to carry a hood back for you along with a bumper on his rowboat as he seems to be able to get great deals on stuff from Japan.

SidewaysFC 07-15-05 04:03 PM

Then quote me out shipping to 33618 on top of your buy it now price of $1200

Maybe you can't read but the buy it now is $900. I can have it shipped to the East Coast for around $180.

Find a quote on shipping a box with dimensions of 20x31x72 from Japan to your door. Tell me how good of a deal you still think that is on top of the $700 purchase price from that web site.

Besides, my reserve price is MUCH lower than the buy it now price.

outlawdsm 07-15-05 06:40 PM

when i went to japan i bought a Bride Ergo racing seat and mailed it back to colorado. shipping plus 1000$ insurance was 37 dollars. however i mailed from atsugi naval base, so maybe the navy has the hook up on shipping.

I really don't care. I'm just trying to prevent people from getting ripped off. I requested a shipping estimate to Florida. I'll let you know who is cheaper.

--MAstermind-- 07-17-05 11:44 PM

ummm ok so about panspeed...its true the FC has a REW in it and taht fujita engineering parts are worth the topdollar?...lol it became a war zone....in a matter of moments

BoostedRex 07-18-05 04:41 AM

No, the REW motor came in FD's. They can be swapped into an FC chassis, but it would make more sense to swap an RE motor in instead. And yes, FEED is worth every penny that they charge for their parts. So it Panspeed for that matter. Just my .02 though.

Zach

--MAstermind-- 07-18-05 09:43 AM

oh no no i know the REW came in the FD i mean didnt panspeed swapp one into the panspeed FC?? and i wanted to know...anyone know where i can get some panspeed stuff? they dont have a website i think....just let me know

What parts are you looking into, some are worth it ans some could be sourced elsewhere.

jacobcartmill 07-18-05 05:14 PM

rx-heaven... you have any pictures of your panspeed vented hood?

Yes.
The hood was shipped damaged unfortunately but should be easy to repair when the car goes in for some "minor bodywork"

Nice looking car RX-Heaven. That hood would suit my needs for my V-mount perfectly!!

Zach

Bigretardhead 07-18-05 07:05 PM

yeah, it'd fit my V-mount setup perfectly also.

BoostedRex 07-18-05 07:08 PM

Has anyone looked up pricing to get that hood shipped here from Japan? Maybe I can talk to one of my friends stationed over there and see if they'll APO it to me. :) Gotta love that military hook up!!

Zach
