Overheating...or is it?

I was having problems with overheating about a half a year ago. I would loose coolant and it would start to overheat (shut it off as fast as possible). I found that one of the hose clamps wasn't on right and it was leaking coolant. I fixed the problem and changed the thermostat. I did flush my coolant and bled the system when I changed the thermostat (OEM from Atkins). This returned the temperature and coolant level back to normal. Around a week ago, my temperature gauge sat normally and then went up half way, then dropped again while driving (normally, speed limit, shifting at 3k). It has been doing this on a consistent basis. The clutch fan does not freewheel. I do not seem to be loosing any coolant (outside of the reservoir tank). Could my thermostat already have failed? Do you think it is my radiator? I felt both the top and bottom hose that comes off the radiator after driving and they are both hot. When my engine used to overheat, I could hear "bubbling" and the top of the engine/Intake Manifold was really hot. These symptoms are no longer present.

Check your connection for the thermo stat and check temp sensor on the radiator which is located on the bottom of your radiator on the driver side. Or gauge cluster is fucked up like most FC. Best bet to get an external water temp gauge.

Are you sure it was bled correctly?

If he didnt bleed it properly it would cause the low coolant light and buzzer to come on and overheating buzzer and light to come on.
