So here it goes again: A silver dollar sized plug shot off my radiator the other day, i put it back in with some JB Weld and let it sit for 24 hours. When i put coolant in and try to start it up, the engine will turn but wont fire up.

can anyone help me out here?

Did you let it overheat at all? I think I have been through EVERY single "engine warming TOO much" problem that the RX has...
That problem alone wouldnt have anything to do with the car not starting, as the car can run without a radiator at all. However, if when the plug shot off, the engine overheated, and you didnt notice until it was too late, I suppose some seals (internal engine) could have burned, causing you to lose compression, which would keep the car from starting.
Another possibility is that the engine is just flooded. Pull the EGI Comp fuse, in the engine compartment, crank the engine for about 10 seconds with your foot on the gas all the way, about 3 times, then put the fuse back in, and try to start the car. We really just need more info to help you on this one.
