Opinions wanted: Konig Runaways & Size

I [think] I have finally narrowed down my rim choice, and am getting ready to order them up this week, but want opinions (pics if anyone
has them would be awesome,) and suggested sizes to sit pretty flush with stock fenders and quater panels.

Konig Runaways in "Hyper Grey". I think I want to go with 17's in the front and 18's in the rear.

My size options are:
Size Offset
17x7 40
17x7 44
17x8 35
18x8 35
18x8 46
18x9 30

the lowest offset they offer is your best bet for those.

ok, and 17x7's or 17x8's (F) 18x8's or 18x9's (R)

17x8 +35
18x9 +30

But seriously think about it, you got all those toys in your sig, and these are the wheels your considering for the FC? Probably not the most attractive wheels and sizes overall.

A lot depends on your suspension, especially in the front.

If you have struts/springs, all of those offsets are going to be very tight- probably rub.

I'm trying a set of Mustang Cobra wheels- 17 x 8, +20- and they fit nicely in the rear (with shocks/springs, not coilovers). Probably 245/40 tires would fit fine, maybe need a little fender roll.
In front, with 225/45's, clearance for the calipers and struts is fine but they stick out just a bit...more roll needed.
Probably a +25, maybe even +30 offset would be best.

Any wheel that's wider than stock and has a higher offset (stock is +35) is going to be a problem, especially with the stock type suspension.

Here's my thoughts: The Konig are not my top pick, but I unfournately do not have a bottomless walet. The Konig are 1/4 the price of my 2 top choices:

That is some serious money that can be spent in other places: motor, suspension, the principle on my mortage, my kids mouth....

I'd keep the Konig's for awhile, then when money is flowing better upgrade.
