Opinion on RX7worlds rebuild kits?
 

Hey guys, I'm starting my summer projects soon. A tranny rebuild, and possibly (funds permitting) an engine rebuild/port job. Tell me what you guys think of their products, and your experences with them

thats what i thought too. I have yet to find a tranny rebuild kit that has EVERYTHING includes gears, shift rods, etc.

I use RA.
Their basic kit is similar to the above, and it includes the sealants for $478.50 shipped.

I had a FPR hose blow off & it detonated pretty bad last month.
The seals held..

I use RTV instead of gaskets on everything except the exhaust.

good shit man, is there are any reason to spend 900 on the atkins kit? what do you all think of the tranny kit? I'm rebuilding it first

I would go with the Atkins Kit C. Comes with the FD springs and hard corner seals thermal pellat and hylomar. But then again I'm paying pineapple to rebuild my engine with a large streetport so I guess I would actually go with that. Lol.

I would go with OEM apex seals on an n/a engine....

i've heard they are the best (and most expencive) as far as the other componets (side, oil control rings, etc) what brand do you recomend?

im waiting to see what goes on with this tranny rebuild kit, does it look anygood to any one of the gurus?>
