Once again i long for your help!

So, here i am trying to figure out this coolant problem...

Symptons, Having to add coolant regularly. Car does not burn coolant, doesn't not smell like coolant and the normal start up exhaust steam dissipates. Add coolant light goes on (is that every annoying) Go up a hill, it goes out... I'm thinkin air in the coolant passing by the sensor. Expansion tank stays the same Just above full. Doesn't seem to be much in the way of expansion with the coolant. You can open the rad cap when the engine is hot, not much pressure is building up?

Whats the hells goin on?

if you can open the cap when the car is hot without it geysering out and none is going into the overflow bottle then you have a air pocket in the cooling system. follow the bleeding procedure in the FSM.

I had the same problem. My seals were fine, I couldn't figure it out, until I saw smoke coming from my exhaust manifold. Later on I realized it was not smoke but steam, water/coolant was leaking out of the coolant passages on my TII housings.
The guy who built my engine sealed them in a manner that would last about a month, so I remidied the problem by tapping and plugging the holes.

Point being, just becuase your not burning coolant, doesn't mean that its dissappearing on its own ;)
Look hard and long, theres a leak somewhere.

Leak in the line from the pressure cap to the overflow canister?

Also, please use a descriptive subject line. "Help: Coolant disappearing, not burning" would be a good choice.
