Ok, im an idiot but I got a stupid question.

Ok, so it went like this... My brother took the battery out of my 86 Rx7. And then when he put it back in, he didnt hook it up to the terminals. Well not thinking about the fact that he set it in backwards, i simply connected the terminals to the only side they reached which seemed like it had to be right to my unthinking mind. Now, i heard a spark, i tried switching them back, but no electrical. I believe the Main Fuse is blown, the 80A one. It has a gap but doesnt look burnt out to me. Unless for some reason is supposed to be gapped im wondering if there is any chance that i didnt kill my altonator and if i can change that fuse hopefully will she start ?

Replace the fuse hook the battery up properly and see if you have anything.

Your not an idiot until you do it the second time. You should see a copper strip across the fuse if it was good. Also check the fuses in the crew compartment. The one marked ENGINE is most important. On the third or fourth row from the bottom.

It'll be dead as a dodo! :)
Don't just try to pull it out; you have to unbolt that one.

Did the same thing in my Nissan. Your alternator's fine...that's why your fuse blew out. Replace the fuse, and bring with you a 10mm socket/ratchet to do it:)
