Oil filler cap
Being dumb. Any ideas how to remove the oil filler cap?
Screw or just pull? S5 TII |
It screws out just like any other oil cap.

you need to go to the dealership - they will order the tool to remove it...expect it will take 3-4weeks to arrive from japan and the dealer will charge 400 to remove it and 250 to reinstall it...j/k

righty tighty...lefty loosey must be on with the force of god, as are most of the parts hot water to loosen it? |
what do you need the govenator to come down and do it for ya?
grip it loosely with some channel locks and crank it once... |
Wrap a rag around it for better grip, use both hands, and twist until your spine snaps under the pressure.
Seriously, if your oil cap is on so tight that you need any sort of tool to get it of you're in for one hell of a time doing general maintenance on the car. |
