No High Beams?

Is this the dreaded CPU on its way out? I went for my first drive in the seven last night:D, when I tried the high beams the headlights go out... is this the switch thats going, the CPU, or just the headlights burnt out...?

Plz help, I want to drive my car....:(

I have the same problem in my car actually, I think it is a relay, but I haven't had time to try to figure it out. I'm going to quite soon, now that school is out. with mine, I hit the brights, headlights go out, but when I hit them again they come on.

"but when I hit them again they come on."
Do you mean the high-beams come on, or the low beams? this sounds like whats wrong with mine... hmm..

yeah anyone, mine does the same thing

hit the switch they go off, lights stay up, but no light

hit it again and they come back on low beam

kinda shady, sounds like a relay to me too

one in the nose I'm guessing, anyone else?
