Newb Question Vaccume and other lines
 

I'm wondering Where some of these lines need to be run or if there just suspoed to be blocked off.

I have no idea where this goes it seems to big for a vacume line

It seems that D1 and D2 connect

B1 is the same as above and B2 is a fuel return line right ?

This one runs up along the front of the engine with the oil line for the turbo

I couldn't tell you off the top of my head but you may want to contact one of the other guys on the Richmond thread in the NE regional forum
most likely yusoslo, he's pulled his TII apart enough times
or download the FSM
or even a Haynes manual oughta have it

yeah i have the FSM but it is alittle confusing also considering this is going into a track car so it is running pre-mix and i hope to only run lines i need

I know vac line elimination has been covered 100's of times

C1 is the supply of water from the rear side housing to the throttle body.

D1 is the supply of vacuum for the FPR.

D2 is the FPR and it's nipple that gets fed by D1. D1 does not go directly to D2 It first goes to the FPR solenoid.

B1 is D1

B2 is for a fuel line. The fuel feed line.

A1 is the feed line from the Air Bypass Solenoid Valve to the BAC. The BAC that someone erronously removed.

All those E's next to the butchered up throttle body.........E1 is the water out nipple from the water thermowax. Hose goes from there to the BAC.

E2 is capped off.

E3 goes to the nipple b/t the two oil injectors and is for filtered air to that fuel injector air bleed b/t the two oil injectors.

E4 feeds filtered air to the OMP spider and from there to the four oil injectors.

E5 is the only one of the E's that is VACUUM. It goes to the water thermo valve that controls the secondary throttle plates through a double throttle diaphram.

E6 is brake booster vacuum.

F1 and F2 are for the Purge valve.

F3 is vacuum to the solenoid rack.

G1 is ? Could be EGR or could be Twin Scroll feed or something or other.

It's a series four engine. TurboII.

The ones I remember:

C1 is a coolant line to warm up & pull off the fast idle cam.
That circuit the goes by the BAC to keep it from icing in the winter.

G1 Looks like part of the stock boost control vent circuit on a S5, or the S4 twin scroll.

A2 vac/pressure line for the waste gate & the pressure sensor.

B2 fuel exit primary to secondary rail.
