New Top: Treatment ; Preservative Advice?
 
I just got a brand new top on my car and to add some life to it, i'd like to know of any treatments i can buy so it doesn't dry up... any ideas?

armor all..........just don't take it in for any body work after you soak the top down with that silicone infested spray

well considering the miami heat, will that some how effect the way armor all work? maybe it'll do the opposite and like dry my shit up

If it's vinyl, then look no further. This stuff kills UV fading and keeps the top subtle.

The shine from armor all will disappear in like 2 secs.... So I dont know if its protecting or not... But that product looks good....

dont use that armor all BS....... my mom has an s2000 she got smart she went to a boat store and got what they use on there canopies ... works and you figure boats put with more shit than a car.. always in the sun...salt and being on large reflective mirror allday..

I've been using 303 Protectant. It was recommended by Icemark. Found it at a Marine supply store. There were a ton of vinyl treatments and the owner claimed it was the best. So, a double recommendation. It is not inexpensive. However, it is great on the vinyl. Deep, long lasting, and does not seem to attract dust/dirt at all. Shine usually lasts 2 or so washings with an auto detergent. Great stuff.
