NA 460 cc Turbo 550cc Send the ones you have to a shop and have them cleaned. |
Either of these sites will clean your injectors for less than $100 and have them back in a week.

1986 mazda rx7 13b
bone stock. its the base modle its not an se or nothing special. |
cleaning the fuel injectors helps performance and is most likely the cause to your engine flooding when it is hot. It does flood when hot right?

hum....
this is gonna sound crazy but the car has only been started twice sense i got it and it ran fine just buring out the old fule the second time it started was because i put new plugs and etc in it but it was so flooded we had to pull start it, then it over heated and blew a coolant hose but i caught it just on time not to blow the coolant seal. so i ordered the hoses replaced them all but in the process of replacing them i was able to remove the injectors and all they where doing was dripping.

Hey Rid Just have the original ones redone. It cost less and will work the same as new. Yes you do have 460cc injectors x4. Make sure you replace the injector orings with new OEM ones. Also might as well replace the fuel filter to.

alright thanks man ill go check it out.

NEW, does not guarantee they will have excellent spray patterns, most people i talk to (including myself) send new injectors in for cleaning before they use them.
Just a suggestion. |
Sorry for thread jacking, but when you seat the injectors back into the manifold do the just rest in there? I put my freshly cleaned ones in and they didnt push in real far. I didn't know if this is normal.
