i have a 88 rx-7 N/A the problem is that the engine rotates but it will not start plus is also flooded i tried everything replaced the spark plugs checked the fuel lines i did almost everything and still it would not start does any bodu know what might be wrong.

check your voltage and see if your getting enough to start it, you might need a simple jump.

for the flooding problem pull out the egi fuse under the hood, crank it for 10 seconds, put the fuse back and crank it again.

if that doesnt work, again take out the egi fuse, remove the leading spark plugs and try to turn teh engine over for like 7 seconds. then put the plugs back in and maybe put a little bit of atf in it and then put the egi fuse back in and crank it.

i already tried the that i removed the leading spark plugs and it did not work is there any other way to fix the flooding problem

If it's flooded, unflood it.

Pull each leading plug and put a few ounces of oil into each chamber. Rotate the engine by hand, then put in a bit more oil and reinstall the plugs. Now start the car.

If it is badly flooded, a push start will always work.
