ok, after getting no help i decided to just go ahead and do it. and when i connect the power to it. the pump just makes a click noise just once and thats it. its more like a boing noise.

ok now. to anybody who reads this. i turned the key and it start pushing gas out of one of my lines. sense my engine isnt in i could hear it coming out and it took me a while to figure out what it was then i used common sense and found out. and my last question is, is it working right sense its pushing gas. i mean sense its going through and turning on that means its working fine right there isnt a way that it will push harder. it goes it goes right?

hmm ya those wires don't look right. that pic was for series 4. someone changed the colors for the 6 relay wires and renamed it for series five. I guess they never changed the fuel pump wires.

the 2 fatter ones are for the fuel pump. the 2 thiner ones are for the fuel level gauge.

the 2 fater ones should be black and black with white strip. I can't remeber which is which off hand. should say on the site. if it's running it's right. (you jumpered the plug in the front well testing it?)

well i dont have an engine in my car right now. but i did the jumpers but you cant hear the fuel pump. its to quiet. also i turned the key to start to see what would happen and it start pumping gas and spewing on my driveway so im saying it works right. it shouldnt be pushing hard right, just enough for the gas to get up front?

just enough for the gas to get up front?
Enough is the key word. You will need enough fuel pressure.

The only way that I know to judge this particular factor with any accuracy is to pressure test it through out its entire system.

That means you need an engine in it. Or at the very least the hoses that circulate fuel through the pulsation damper/primary fuel rails and secondary fuel rail etc..

That diagram you posted is confusing. I went back and forth through your picutures and this diagram......Well..

I might suggest you leave it alone until you get your engine in.

Then mess with it?

well i started off using scott's diagram then i found this one and it gave me a better look on how it works. but not its pumping gas to the front of the car. but im sure if its pumping enough. should it just come out of the lines not like a squirt gun but just enough to come out the tubes, because it is and i think its working fine but im not sure.
