need a part number

if anyone could help me out i need the part number if available from their s4 turbo engine wiring harness, mazda will not sell me one unless i can provide them with a part number. They seem pretty inept. So if anyone could help me out that would be great.

call Malloy Mazda and ask for Ray...He is very helpful and give us RX owners a discount! Do a search for the number.

most of the S4 Turbo engine harnesses are no longer available, and the ones available cost about what most S4 FC's are worth

see im getting very mixed answers about availability, the mazda dealer near me the first time i called was told i could get one, and it would be 650 dollars, then when i called back a kid said they had been not available for years. I called another dealership and the one guy said that they were available but he would need the part number for the harness i need because they have a few ranging all the way up to 900 dollars, when i called that one back another guys said it was available, but would not sell it to me because they dont want to be involved in a motor swap. so im confused out of my mind but thanks for the number ill try calling malloy and see what ray says.

Mazda doesn't make much of anything for S4's anymore.

For the record, the parts catalog is in the FAQ. From there, you can get the part number and see if the part is available.

Available parts for the car for only up to 10 years old is all that is required to sell the car in the USA, Mazda (and most of the Japanese companies) normally keep up to/ around 15 years, but if the part runs out of stock after 10 years, they seldom re-order/re stock.

So its not so much a S4 thing as it is a FC thing.

Ok, gotcha.

and also remember because all the S5 cars made were only equal to 0ne year of production of the S4 models, there is less of a demand for the S5 parts. Fewer cars, mean fewer parts being needed to keep them on the road.
