Need help on trouble shooting

Info-

Burns white smoke at low rpms.
runs rough
car does not idle
No power
Seems normal at hwy speeds but bucks when off gas
Small oil splatters on chasis by turbo.
turbo seems to spin freely.
15,000 miles on pineapple rebuild (turbo and engine).
Over heated to 3/4 guage 2-3 times.
Was running PERFECT

Situation-

Ran (.75bar ~ 11psi) for about 5 sec up a hill aprox 6k rpm.
Blew a vac cap (common for me)
Only get about .5bar of boost now(not sure if engine or turbo)

Possible causes-

Turbo oil seal.
Coolant seal
engine oil seal
apex seal -rough idle?

What i really need help is trouble shooting. How do test for the seals? (I did search but the bad idle/powerloss unique). I have a s5 turbo/manifold and an engine core but dont' want to do all the work if it's just a simple fix (replace turbo).

This time i have no idea what i did wrong...........I guessing the overheating caught up with me.

Thanks guys-

First thing:
What is your compression?

I don't know anything about turbos, but if it were my na, I'de check for a vacuum leak.

about a 100 percent sure not vac leak. I only have 3 vac lines (silicone). The rest caps and i can check them all visually. It almost idles with a vac leak. If you do cap it it completely dies.............

I haven't figured that part out either.
