need help trackin electrical prob

ive got myself quite the electrical prob.. and im guessin its caused by all the wires melted together.

my whole console(meter fuse) blows along with my (engine fuse) my cooling fan and my heater are also mixed up in this problem, there pulling power from each other. i had my meter fuse pulled and it was still half ass working(guessin drawing power from another sorce) so ive taken some time and pulled alot of my dash apart looking for this problem and i still cant find it so im looking for some tips or hinters on where exactly is possible for these wires to be touching each other.

what ive done so far:
- checked the back of the fuse panel and all the plugs goin into it(looks fine)
- sort of cut apart and looked at the main wiring coming through the firewall on the inside (side) of the car. (tryin to get my hands on the main wiring in the engine bay side is just way to hard to much shit in the way right at the firewall)
- taken my main console out(tach, gauges etc) checked the pins and plugs all look fine
- taken my heater console out checked plugs everything looks fine
- pulled apart and checked all the wires and plugs on the ECU wiring everything looks fine.

im stuck on where else to look for this problem.
they all didnt go at once it was one after another around a week at a time along with a few other things that bit the dust at the same time. (battery, starter, coil. im not sure if these are involved in the problem as well or not)

so anyone with any info or idea plz plz plz help me out i really dont wanna put everything back together and tow it to the shop :( and i just wanna get my baby back on the road.
