need help with rear lights electrical
 

my rear running lights will not turn on blinkers and brakes still work. Short in the line somewhere going to rewire the whole thing straight from the harness to the lights with an inline fuse anyone know what color the wire is that i need to replace at the harness.

i have just cant understand it
