Need Blinker Assistance - I hear the relay, but no blinker.
Symptom: I hear the blinker relay click on and off, but the blinkers do not come on. Not the dash lights or body-blinkers.
Premise: There were a few wires hanging near the pedals/stearing column that I zip-tied to the stearing columns. Any Ideas? Kent |

If the CPU is clicking, but the lights are not working, you have a bad CPU flasher board or all the lights are burnt out.
The input from the switch is in the same plug as the output to the lights. I do have rebuilt flasher boards for the CPU on my webstore, or any S4, S5 or S6 RX-7 and the MX-3 has the same flasher board. |
nice man....Just what I needed....do the have a performace resevior for that? lol |
Icemark, are we talking cold-solders are something more severe? I had the CPU out a few years ago resoldering everything...

Yeah, probably cold solder joints, but it could also be bad/old relays

And no they are not standard flashers. |

Was fuse. Frayed wire on the driverside headlight assembly shorted.
