n353 ecu for s5 t2 swap?

would a n353 ecu (from s5 vert) work with a s5 t2 engine? Searched an could not find an definitive answer.....I read a post from icemark stating as long as the 2 digits after the N were the same, the ecus are interchangeable....i also remember reading that the vert ecu was special in that its very similar to the t2 ecu......

That thread lists all the different ecus an their applications.

but no an n35x ecu is not going to work with a t2 application.

thanx for the input guys...i read that the s4 vert ecu n338 could work with a s4 t2 engine....but in this case the first 2 numbers after the n are the same as the s4 t2 ecus 333 & 332......the s5 vert n353 ecu doesnt follow this trend as the s5 t2 ecus are 370 and 374....based on that they shouldn't work......i just read somewhere that the 353 would run a turbo engine...i guess this person was mistaken
