N/A sub 7 0-60
From a stock one, what would u need for it to do this? (s5)
well you need to get about 30-40 hp. so a complete dual exhaust system isn't a bad place to start.
http://www.mazdatrix.com/r-ex86nt.htm add an intake, and loose a couple hundred pound and you should just about be there, IMO. |

Originally posted by BonsaiRX7 From a stock one, what would u need for it to do this? (s5) Just kidding. Usual mods should do it, TB mod, porting, intake, full exhaust. You need more specific? |
my old GTU did 0-60 6.6 seconds, with bonez hiflow cat, pacesetter header and intake :)
cool
I was just wondering to see I should just go for the T2 when I buy, guess so those mods will add up :P
Well, being as stock S5 is about 7.4 secs:
headers : 7.2 Intake : 7.15 anti-cat/catback : 6.9 Manifold Porting : 6.6 Maginal error : ~ 6.4-6.8 so yeah it's possible. A stock S4 TII does it in 6.7 secs.. so you'll be about as fast as that. :) but if you really want lots of straightline, just get the TII. |
what would the stock 0-60 time be on a s4 T2 with intake/full exhaust(no cat) and fcd? isnt it like 6.8 stock? and how many horsepower would that put you up to with the T2?
my TII ran the 1/4 mile in 13.7 @100 mph and 0-60 in about 5.5 seconds... with full exhaust, ecu, race clutch, 7psi of boost, some other bolt ons
you got 13.7@100 with only 7 lbs of boost? i run about 7-8 with the stock ecu (yes, i have a fcd so i dont blow my shit up) could i run around a 14et with just a straight pipe(no cat), intake, and fcd? how much power do you think i am at? (at the flywheel)
7psi on upgraded turbo, t04b front side. you should be in the mid 14's with stock turbo. it really sucks LOL
what ECU upgrade Vosko?
