N/A 87 performance questions

I came across another motor for my car, I think I can get it free, or close to free, I was going to convert my N/A to Turbo, but then I started thinking about all the money I could use toward building a n/a motor rather than trying to put it into a swap..

My question is, now we all know we love the rotory, but I love turbos too, so it's going to take alot of convincing to make me keep it N/A, so what are the things I can do to a N/A motor to get the horse power........:D

ie:

Porting(how much will it add,)
I know, intake header and exhaust.
fuel system upgrade (injectors, pump, pressure.)

but what else,

also, I'm going to rebuilding the motor my self, I've come from building hondas, (I'v converted, yes, thank you, I've seen the light lol)

but I want horse power, not massives amount but I want it, and I want to do it while rebuild this motor, talk to me people.

Ouch. I really put my foot In my mouth this time. I guess my link was put In the archives. Point taken, my wrong.
