My Ports Are Friggin Fixed!
I don't know WHY this had any effect... but here goes... a couple weeks ago, i asked for help diagnosing port problems... thanks to all your help, i started using penetrating lube, wd40 and solidified grease to unstick my ports... I thought they started to move pretty easily, and had blisters on my fingers the size of grapes when i was done. :cursing: I put some grease on the rods to check if the ports actually move. What did i observe? WHOPPING DICK ALL. :madfawk: They didnt even move a bit. Luckily, my Bonez SUPERFLO Cat arrived a couple of days ago. I had it installed yesterday, and those ports just opened up like i've never seen. I never felt top end like that from my car before. Perhaps it was the combination of the ports working and the bonez cat that got me going... but man am i happy :D :D :D :D :D :D :D Could someone explain why a high-flo cat would resolve this issue?! Thanks

Did you have a cat on before?
If your car is an 86-88, then you need backpressure in the exhaust to activate the ports. |
yes sir. all three... i believe they were clogged as shit. now my car smells entirely differently :cursing: i miss my boat :( So the effects were not what i was expecting... i mean wouldnt clogged cats make the ports open anyway?? hmmm friggin weird
