Bah, you've done enough. Allow others to figure it on their own. After reading what MARTIN posted, I can understand that these can be configured with a little time and brain power. Unless you want to hold everyone's hand and baby them, then that's another story!

p4nc7 06-28-05 12:12 PM

I can figure out how to mount them eyes, but how about the wiring and the "arm modification"?

FC_DRIFTER 06-28-05 12:44 PM

Think about it. When the headlight moves up and down it is controlled by arms. By shortening one of the arms when it reaches the top of its rotation the headlight will not be all the way up. (IIRC)

p4nc7 06-28-05 02:19 PM

haha I figured that much, but I just wanted to see how he did it, so I don't screw up..I don't like to screw up.. :rlaugh:

Ricer240sx 06-28-05 07:24 PM

but then wouldnt the head light cycle back up when it went down but couldnt continue out its full travlel??? im pretty sure the 240sx head lights do something similar, but could be different for the FC i guress......

p4nc7 06-28-05 09:12 PM

I'd think it does have full travel, that or it just stops when it hits something..lol

Thats not the way to do it. You would have to move the motor up...

westler91 11-25-05 02:18 AM

Isnt there fuse pulling involved

turboII joop 12-03-05 07:16 AM

finally.. after many posts form 02 saying "search for it".. I'm looking at the headlight conversion I want.. can someone put some more pictures in it and a writeup?.. I saw that you need a telescopic arm to lower the height of the headlight.. but.. how do you put 2 90mm lights in there?.. and also.. is it possible the fit the new 50mm hella lights in it and making the headlights go even lower?

jgrts20 12-03-05 09:48 AM

um, does that kit fit a 7, thats a Nissan 240 in the pic!!

turboII joop 12-03-05 10:25 AM

it isn't a kit.. someone did it on his car.. look at page 2.. try reading the whole thread before posting..

Lucky13 12-03-05 11:58 AM

wow i love that blue FC ... i wanted to paint my car that kinda blue for awhile.

anyways, the way i see it only the 2 pairs of lights were purchased from http://www.rev-motorsports.com/modul...1790.sized.jpg and the rest was fabed up? or were other things bought from the site.

hopefully someone does take the time and puts a write-up in the FC's archive
