More wheel bearings problems...
Well I keep on torquing in my wheel bearings as the FSM shows, and they run great, but then they start getting loose again ( they start shaking at higher speeds again).
should I apply some loctite to the threads as well as using the cotter pin? |
what do you mean the bearings are shaking at higher speeds, what exactly is happening? I'd say it's more likley you have an alignment problem or you need your wheels balanced check to see if any wheel weights fell off, I don't see how the bearings can shake.

well the wheels shake, which makes the steering wheel shake at high speeds.
if I tighten them to spec according to the fsm everything is great, thena few days later the wheel starts to shake again and I have a bit of play in the wheel (wiggling it back and forth on a lift) |
