More problems Grrrrrr....

I noticed my air pump bracket was broken today while I was checking my fluid levels. It's just split right along the length of it and it seems to just be hovering there with no other visible means of support. My question is, is it safe to drive it like this? Common sense would say no, but you never know. Also, if this has happened to anyone else on here, was it easy to fix? How much was the new part? Where did you get it from? Please help me, this is my only means of transportation besides the shoeleather express, and I can't walk to work every day.

What kind of car do you have? If it's an S4 and you have an emissionless state than rip off the air pump.

If you have an S5? that your screwed. you'll have to get a new bracket. Sorry bout the luck

oops, forgot to add my sig
It's an S5, and I live in St. Louis, which has stricter emissions requirements than the rest of the state.

Go find a fc in the junkyard and steal its bracket.

None of the yards I've called had one.

Call Kevin or email him. He might have one laying around.

www.rotaryressurection.com or something.

Try posting in the For Sale section. Considering the number of people who remove their air pump, there must be dozens of these things gathering dust in people's garages. :)

You'd be surprised. I already posted in there and not one reply.
