More issues with timing and the like

Ok, so the other day i adjusted my idle and air/fuel screw and my tps because i installed a new tps. Well it was running and idling fine (around 750) but then later that night on my way home the idle went way down (cause i had to have the headlights and stuff on) to around 300 and then sputtered like it was about to die. Today i tried to re-adjust the idle and the air/fuel but when i screw the air/fuel screw all the way in (which SHOULD cause the the idle to be way low) and set the timing on the timing marks (orange for leading red for trailing) the car idles insanely high at around 1500 rpm. If i try to advance the timing a little bit it will stay there for about a second or two and then it will jump and advance itself about 2-3 inches on the pulley(is this normal?)(same thing if i try to retard the timing).

Any reason why my healights would cause the idle to go down 2-300 rpm?
Any suggestions?
I figured it could be the crank angle sensor has gone bad, or the ecu could be shot.

Anyway, thank you for any and all helpful input in this matter. (Let me know if more info on the problem would help you diagnose it)

(This is my first 7 btw and it is definitely proving to be quite strenuous)
