MMR Delrin Diff and Subframe mount question

Are the diff and subframe mounts really close in size??

I recieved my diff mounts and subframe mounts in the mail today. The diff mounts are labeled, but the other pair of bushings are not labeled. They look identical in size to the diff mounts.

Just wondering. I don't want to get halfway into this and figure out that they sent me the wrong mounts.

bump!

I can't remember whether my MMR subframe mounts were vastly different from my differential mounts, but after looking at the subframe and differential, it was obvious which mounts went where. I think the differential mounts were taller. You should probably call MMR to see if they can help.

Yeah they look real similar, compare them with the diff and subframe and you should be set.

I ordered subframe mounts and diff mounts from MMR and they looked exactly the same to me. I'll have to check just to make sure though.

I have the same ones (haven't gotten around to installing them yet) and had the same question. I emailed the MMR guy and this was his reply:

The subframe mounts and differential mounts look very similar, but the subframe mounts should have a larger hole on the top side of the mount that steps down to a smaller size. The differential mounts are the same size all the way through.

Beat me too it, I just remembered that that was the difference. Though I didn't know which was which by the hole size. If I remember the subframe mount is a bit tapered which is why the larger hole goes there.

Indeed this is correct. I just checked my bushings and the mount holes for the subframe bushings are stepped.

Thanks guys!
