Miscellaneos Qs about Vacuum Things...

1 Attachment(s)
#1 The check valve on the twin scroll soleniod. It's arrow should be flowing in line toward the UIM? Correct?

#2 Where does this vacuum line connect up to? It's behind the TB, and again which way should the check valve point? SEE PIC BELOW.

#3 Which way does one orient the spacer between the TB and the UIM? the spacer has 6 holes on one face, 3 on each side next to the secondaries, this side with the holes should meet the UIM correct?

#4 Any ideas on where to mount a catchcan?

Thanx!

Correct. See the FSM on page 4B-53 of the FSM.

It's for the double-throttle system. It holds the #2 secondary throttles (the upstream ones) closed until the engine warms up. The check valve points towards the UIM again.

Can't remember off the top of my head, but the holes in the sdpacer do match up with the ones on the UIM and TB faces.

Depends how big it is. Anywhere it'll fit is fine.
