Do everything come with them to install, looks like all the fittings are on there. Just wondering before hitting up the repair shop.

The shop wants 250 to install which is crazy. Includes an oil change n they gonna clean up any oil around the block n undertray. Idk guess its ok.

Depending on your engine config (AC, PS, etc) it's not a very difficult job.

I wanted to do it myself but I hate getting under cars. Guess its the price I have to pay.

Why do you own a 20+ year old car if you don't like crawling/working under the car? It just seems silly to buy a car that for the most part needs maintenance all over due to everything being 20 years old and not want to crawl under the car to replace some oil cooler lines. Maybe you should look into getting a new car.

Please don't think I'm saying a 7 isn't for you. I'm just saying that a 20+ year old car may not be for you as they require regular maintenance and tinkering.

you should just DIY , just make sure you use a good torque wrench tightening them so you dont overtighten and strip threads, for a more economical, (oem style fitting) stainless set check Corksport

I love my 7 that's why I have 2 of them and I've done most of the work to the car myself. Just because I don't like getting under the car does not mean I don't like working on my car. Maybe if I went so tired I would have done it, I realize its not a difficult job.

it had better be synthetic oil for that price.!

I spent aound 55 dollars on ebay and i got everything 2 build my own lines.
Fittings.
Crush washers.
10 feet of -10an braided line.

Overall it was worth my money. Yesterday was so hot and since I don't go under cars it worked out just fine for me. Putting my rear brakes on today if the rotors come off. And mabye a vac gauge if I can findd a good place to hook it up.

I have them on my car and they were a little short. Went on easy, but I have access to a lift, I can imagine they would be harder to put on without. 250 is crazy to instal. DIY FTW

how do you attach the oil line to the fittings, and could you tell me who you bought your stuff from? would like to build a set for my 88 vert. and my 79. What parts would I need.

i'd personally use the corksport lines before mazdatrix or racing beat lines.

why? because they're pricey and because the swivel fittings leak after about 2 years, leaving you with another 2 hours to repair the lines every other year.

simply replacing the lines takes about 1 hour, even an expensive shop should only be charging $125 to install them. an oil change is not necessary unless the car is due for one.
