Mazda Comp website and positrac commoness?
 

What is Mazda Comps website, I thought I bookmarked it but I can't find it (the one for racers). Also, found out my car has positraction, is that common or was the limited slip the more common option (just curious)?

I'm pretty sure that positraction and LSD are the same thing.

Thanks that was the website I was looking for. Actually LSD lets the wheels spin individualy, thats why when jacked up you turn a wheel and the other rotates in the oppisite direction. Its also why you can get stuck in the mud and one tire will spin alot faster than the rest. This is better for cornering supposedly. Positrac the wheels always spin at the same rate.

posi is the same thing as lsd, different companys call it different things. if both always spin the same speed then it's a locked diff. not good for street use...

I had it backwards, mine would be the locked type because they both spin the same direction. It isn't that much of a difference for street use is it? I know its better for drag.
