master cylender prob
ok so here is the thing i bought an RX7 from a guy and he told methat there were no leaks but i soon found out that there was a leek coming from the resavour and so i went to take the brake lines off of the thing and for some reason he tightened them down so hard there is no way for me to get them off. any suggestions on a detergent or something i could put on the nut to loosen it up to come free/?

Be sure that you use a flare nut wrench, not a regular open-end wrench. The flare wrench grips better, and won't slip off when you apply the necessary force. You should not need to apply any lube to the threads to get them out. Also, where is it leaking? It could just be the seals that connect the reservoir to the cylinder itself. If that's the cause, you don't need to remove the cylinder. The reservoir just pulls off. And obviously, drain it before/if you do this.
