Lower intake manifold question WHAT IS THIS?

Been working like crazy to get my buddies s5 back together, he got the car as a roller and bought an engine and had it rebuilt so the reassembly process has been interesting. Anyway can someone let me know what this goes too on the lower intake? I circled it in red.

Its been awhile, but i believe thats where the brake booster connects

Split air tube connects there.
