Low-profile dual headlights...where?

First let me apologize...I know this has been brought up numerous times...but the search feature is pretty limiting on what you can find easily.

What I'm looking for is a manufacturer of the low-profile dual headlight kits or someone who has built their own. I'm wanting to look at the linkages and such to see just how it was put together. I've got an assortment of 3.75" Hella housings (only 2.5" deep) and am wanitng to make a dual light kit or build some sleeks...I think I would prefer the sleeks but I think the low-profile lights would look better.

Anyway, links, pictures, detailed verbal descriptions...all appreciated. I think the gist is simply a shorter link between the light frame and the motor, but I want to be sure.

Oh and I wanted to point out that I am specifically looking for pictures of the mechanism behind the dual lights...not "where do I get them" or anything that. Just saying because, while I am still searching, I haven't actually seen pics of the mechanism and I am seeing a whole lot of bashing about "reposts". I haven't seen my particular question asked, either.

Thanks in advance folks!

We's on different pages, tek. I have lights...I'm wanting to make a housing that pop's up like stock, but lower profile. I'm just not going to need a full 8" rise to build my housings and would like something a bit lower. There's low-profile pop up setups out there (not "sleepy") but I can't find pics of the motors and linkages.

I'll be running Hella Housings, though, with a HID low beam and HID foggies. I do wish Hella made a spiffy little sealed housing like those you linked to...I could mount those with no issues at all.

I'll also be running a pair of HID powered Hella 500's :)...don't know where I'm gonna put them but by God they're going to be on there.

I use to offer a kit that's just what your looking for. Adjusting the height of the pop-up isn't quite a simple as putting a shorter linkage arm in. You also need to adjust the length of the motor arm for the light to open and close to the correct heights.

Thanks! You wouldn't be willing to share details of your setup, would you? That is EXACTLY what I'm looking for.

well i'm not going to give you dimensions or anything as I still do sell these every once in a great while, but I can give you the basic idea of how the linkage works.

If you would be willing, that would be great. You can shoot me a PM.

I recall seeing this on the net way back:

That's the look I want, but it comes at the price of cutting parts up. I spent some time looking at the cage and I think I can make them work without modifying anything...I think I can do it 100% reversible.

those are the same lights used in my kit, but my kit required no modification to the "cage" (except if you wanted the linkage kit, then the headlight motor arm needed modding). although the first two pics posted are pics I took of an early prototype.
