Here's a way to determine if your sensor is worth a flip or if its your water level. Take the sensor out of the radiator. Temporarily plug the hole in the radiator with a rag, bolt etc. Now go to your filler and fill the water to the top of the neck. With the key of the car to the on position, wait about fifteen seconds and you should hear the buzzer going off. Now witht the sensor still connected to its wire(mine had enough length to reach the neck), dip the sensor in the water in the filler neck(it cannot be water in a cup or such, it has to be the water in the radiator filler). The buzzer should go off in just a few seconds. If it does, then that means that there has been an air pocket in the radiator header tank setting it off. If the buzzer does not go off, then get a meter out and with the key on, measure the voltage on the wire to the sensor. Should be about a half volt. If you don't have .5 v or close to that, then you have an electrical circuit broken.
