a LOT of smoke at end of straightaways

Hey guys I posted this question at teamfc3s.com.
Anyway I have an 86 gxl that runs great. One problem at Auto X and Roadcourses I get to the end of the straight, let off and I fog the track. I get back on the throttle and the white smoke goes away. Oil consumption is high at the track and normal the rest of the time. Am I looking at a rebuild or are there any alternatives. Would the ATF trick fix this?
Also I gutted cat and tossed air pump before I learned about the 6 port actuator so what is the best plan for that? Any electric actuators out there?
Thanks for the help

Answers:

1. Someone has a writeup for elec actuation of the 5th and 6th sleeves.

2. Oil seals are letting go. When you get off the throttle the engine is dropping its intake pressure. Soo, oil is being pulled past the oil seals. Depending on the mileage of the motor, blah, you need new seals. Whether you want to buy a rebuilt or just install new gaskets and seals, but if your anything near or over 140K, I'd get a rebuild with new housings.
