Logicon question

Ok, first of all I did search for a while for this question, and If this answer has been posted already, then I'm waaaay too stupid to find it. Also I've looked in the FSM and evidently I'm too stupid to find it there.
Anyway, I noticed that the relay for my heater (under glovebox) had come unclipped and was hanging down, so I got down there to put it back where it goes, and while down there, I found a white 4 pin male connector.
It wasn't connected to anything, and it had a very small 30 amp fuse stuck in it. Well the fuse doesn't belong there because the blades for the fuse were squeezed together to make it fit.

When I removed the fuse, the heater stopped working.
So I got on my back to look for the female end that it plugs into. I must have looked for 30 mins but could never find it. I know the function of at least part of this plug, but would really like to have it plugged in where it belongs.

Any ideas?

I have not seen the 88 FSM heat & AC section, but the 89 Heat & AC is the same.
Is this where you were looking?

Nope that's not where I was looking, I was actually looking in the wiring diagram section, but I'm guessing Heating and A/C is a better place to look. :)

Thanks for pointing out my stupididty :)

still can't find the other end. It's right next to the relay. The colors are: red/yellow - Blue/white - blue/yellow - yellow.
