well i hit the curb which broke it off and the light now doesent go up or down is there anyway to make the headlight go up and downn please i dont want a ticket

You can try to turn the shaft with a pair of vise grips but... I dunno how effective that would be especially given the space constraints.... or you can reach in there and pop one of the headlamp control arms off.. they are connected by ball and socket joints just like the wiper linkage. You can pry them apart fairly easily then just find some thing to prop the assembly up.

there is a knob under the headlight that will allow you to adjust them manually...stick your head under the car, you'll see it

thats broken its fell off there ones on one side but previous owner hit a curb and i cant find it

negatory. If you are having that difficult of a time. Pop one of the connecting rods off like I mentioned above. You should be able to easily lift the light by hand after that.

if i pull the fuse do i need to disconnect the battery??? will the fuse just keep the headlights from comming up?

Well, make sure they are disabled. A friend of mine got his fingers caught in the linkages of his celica. Fucked his fingers up pretty bad.
