Ok guys, been awhile since I been on here or had an rx7
This time it's just a weekend car though so I got a pretty good project going on, right now I am pulling a lot of the wiring out and I need help ID'ing a few things. Ok first one isn't really a connector at all but anyways here it is. https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.p...1&d=1332208142 Coil pack resistor or something? I am not running any of the factory ignition stuff so I shouldn't need this. https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.p...1&d=1332208142 Driver side front by the fuse box https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.p...1&d=1332208142 Same area https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.p...1&d=1332208142 For testing or something? I think it might have been easier to just take all the wiring out and run my own wires for bare bones operation... Oh well already got a bag full of crap I don't need :D Thanks guys |
pic 1 is the mian relay if you got it up by the trailing coil.

Ok cool, it was up by the firewall. I thought thats what it might have been but for some reason I remember a resistor up in that area?
I cant really just look for plugs that things fit on since I ripped the "soul" out of the car haha. Don't judge me |
The last plug in that picture is a diagnostic plug, which you can also use as a 12v+ switched power source for fans.

hey speed monkey, I saw your old car the other day!
|
Ah cool, I will use that wire to set up my new e fan then. That damn thing barely fits in there with my big ass radiator haha
my old 7 nice!!! I still miss that thing.. This one is much cleaner than my old one at least, when I get it put back together I will have to take some pics and post them up. I want the wiperless hatch off my old one :*( |
