It could be a bad diff mount. Sorry, but im not sure on how to check it. Im sure someone will chime in.

heres an easy way to check. have someone start you car and put it into gear with your ebrake up. have them let the clutch out slowly while you go underneath and watch for anything. if your diff moves at all then one of your mounts is bad. especially if its a clunk sound. just make sure your ebrake is up all the way. this is the easiest way rather than jackin up your car and checking

If its just when you hit a bump, its probably not the diff mount. As RE TurboII states, its only when accelerating that a diff mount will make noise. Its more then likely a suspension component like a strut mount or a worn bushing.

Oh yeah, make sure your spare tire and jack are securly fastened :D

this happends to me also... except when i accelerate or let go of the gas to fast then i hear a knock like my rear window isnt shut and it keeps hitting the body... i think its the suspension but im not sure???

This sounds like a front diff mount. They are a very common item to break.

I've had a rear mount go as well so you might want to check those too.
