keeping the 13b but turboing it up?

ok after much though...
I finaly decided what is going to happen with my engine.
I am going to attempt to put a turbo on my 90 rx7 mabye twin probaly not though.
I know its posable to do it with my engine now.
I was told you have to change the compression ratio while doing it..
I figuredd since there is already money in this engine i might as well go out on it.
Im leaving the street port and just get all i can out of it.
I am trying to turbo and change the intake mainafold and injects.
the main parts of my car that im doing.
The minor things are no problem like suspinsion brakes ect...

What kinda input on doing a turbo upgrade to the na engine?

Is there a new rule that says there has to be a n/a-turbo thread 4-5 times a week? It has been covered numerous times.
