Just put 1000+ miles on my FC TII

Well, I just got back from VA. It was 6 1/2 hour drive to and back, and also I drove around in VA/MD area a lot so I ended up putting about 1000+ miles on the car :)

Well, on the highway, my FC with RB exhaust droned horibbly at past 60-65mph so I was going crazy. :o: But the car seemed to run flawlessly but hesitated slightly at 3800rpm at partial throttle. It was no biggy though since the hesitation wasn't really bad at all.

It was a really good experience to take a road trip in my FC because I really got to get used to the car. I drove it for total of probably three weeks (it was in the shop rest of the time... arrrgggg) but I'm totally used to the car already. Mind you, it's my first manual tranny car :D

The handling with RB springs and KYB AGX shocks is AWESOME. It's really point and shoot. The car responded to the slightest steering input, and followed my desired line perfectly every time.

Since my tach was still off, I really didn't push the car but I was happy with the acceleration. It was nothing like T-78 Supra, but power wise, I feel that I have enough. The car seems well balanced as of now, so I'm going to keep it at this level for a while until I get power-hungry again :p

Overall, I was very happy with the car during the whole trip. RX-7 Store did an outstanding job with my car :) I can't wait until I put on the rest of parts and fix the problem with tach. Then I'll probably move on to non-performance oriented parts :p Well, just wanted to share my experience with ya'll :D Thanks for reading. :)
