Jumping the clutch switch = small 3,000rpm hesitation?

I jumpered my clutch switch so that my remote start would work, and since installing the unit have noticed a small hesitation at 3,000rpm.

I've check all my connections, and everything isperfect, including all my grounds. The injectors have been newly cleaned, and all my filters are clear.

I adjusted my TPS sensor as well.

Could having my clutch switch always grounded cause a problem?

nope... i'd check the tps again...

There are 2 clutch switches.. one at the upper travel, and one at the lower. The upper one affects the ECU, the lower one doesnt.

The one I put the jumper in was the one at the rear of the pedal bar, and get's push in towards the firewall when you push the clutch down, while the other one extends when you push the clutch in and is in front of the bar.

The cruise control clutch kill still works, so does that mean that the rear switch that I jumped just controls a start kill system then?
